3. Data We Monitor on Your Behalf

We monitor publicly available information (news, press releases, job postings, pricing pages, social media, public filings) related to the markets and competitors you specify. This data is processed to generate intelligence briefs for you.

We do not store personal data about third parties beyond what is necessary to generate briefs. We do not sell or share monitoring data with other customers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Render (hosting), Datadog (monitoring) — all under strict data processing agreements
Analytics: Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics
Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Intelligence briefs are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
