Signalux

Frequently asked questions

The five things real-estate investors ask before they start the Signalux trial — answered up front so you can decide in under two minutes.

What intel do I actually get?

Every morning you receive one competitive-intelligence brief built around the vendors and markets you track. Each brief is date-stamped, ranks the top three to six signals in priority order, and is filtered by your selected geography and asset class — so you only see what is relevant to your pipeline.

Unlike a generic newsletter that aggregates links, the brief is curated rather than aggregated: one digest per morning instead of a live firehose, ending with a one-line takeaway you can act on that day.

Will this flood my inbox?

No. You pick the cadence during onboarding: Daily, MWF (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), or Weekly. Each cadence delivers exactly one brief on the chosen days, at 7am in your local timezone.

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately with no follow-up from us. You can also switch cadence in your account settings or cancel from the billing portal without contacting support.

Is this just another newsfeed?

No. A newsfeed ships raw items; Signalux synthesizes them. Each brief is generated by our custom AI pipeline, which ingests public sources, deduplicates overlapping coverage, scores each signal for relevance to your tracked vendors and markets, and produces a ranked summary with a takeaway.

Filtering is per-vendor and per-market, so you only see signals tied to your specific cities, asset classes, and named competitors — never a firehose of unrelated headlines.

What does it cost after the trial?

After the trial the price is the founding-member rate: $49 per month, locked for life, available to the first 50 members. There is no per-seat fee, no usage cap, and the rate never increases as long as your subscription stays active. See pricing →

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Signalux is billed month-to-month through Stripe, with no contract and no commitment. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal inside your account.

Cancellation is pro-rated to the billing cycle: charges end at the next billing cycle, briefs continue through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days.
